<li>Investment starting from S$20 in Singapore, RM100 in Malaysia, Rp100,000.00 in Indonesia and THB10,000 in Thailand</li>
<li>Reinvestment options with regular repayments for most products</li>
<li>Investment tenor up to 12 months (Singapore) and 24 months (Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand)</li>
<li>Funds kept in a third-party escrow account for investor security</li>
<li>Promotion of the 'Skin in The Game' philosophy, encouraging investment alongside investors on the platform</li>
<li>Auto Invest / Planned Funding feature for automated fund deployment based on investor preferences</li>
<li>Tax exemption on interest returns for individual Singaporean investors from 2020 onwards</li>

Pricing is structured to align with investors' interests, with a simple fee structure deducted from total interest earned. The fees vary across countries:

<li>Singapore: 18% of Interests</li>
<li>Malaysia: Varies across products (Business Term - 2% p.a. of Principal and Interests; Others - 15%-30% of Interests)</li>
<li>Indonesia: 3% p.a. of Principal and Interests</li>
<li>Thailand: 3% p.a. of Principal and Interests</li>
</ul>

The sign-up process involves four simple steps:

<li>Register for an account</li>
<li>Complete the required information (Usage of MyInfo is available in Singapore)</li>
<li>Make an initial deposit to activate your account (S$20 in Singapore, RM100 in Malaysia, Rp100,000.00 in Indonesia)</li>
<li>Start investing</li>
